Unfolloworld Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Period
You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be new, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
1. Eligible Items
Full-Priced Items (Not on Sale)
- Eligible for exchange, money refund, or store credit (voucher).
Sale Items
- Eligible for exchange or store credit (voucher).
- Not eligible for a money refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories: hats, belts, watches, wallets, socks, jewelry, cases, eyewear, ties, and scarves.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags and original packaging.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, protected by outer packaging.
- Bags and accessories must include all original items (authenticity cards, dust bags, tags).
- Sale items cannot be refunded in money, only exchanged or refunded as store credit.
3. Return Shipping & Process
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
- Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Available for full-priced items (excluding shipping fees and taxes/duties).
- Exchanges: If the requested size is in stock, we will ship it free of charge.
- If the exchange is not possible, a store credit voucher will be issued for the total amount.
5. Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
